Jeanette Ordale Andre remembered at age of 83
DOWNEY-Funeral services were held Monday, June 7, at the Downey Zrelak Mortuary Chapel for Jeanette 
Ordale Andre, a Downey resident for 45 years and an executive secretary for 30 years. 

She was retired from the May Company, was born in Story City, Iowa, and died June 3 at her home at the 
age of 83. 
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Andre, in 1976. 

Survivors include her son, Bruce Andre; her daughter, Jan M. Andre; sisters Esther Olson and Lois Mills; 
nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. 

Pastor Thomas Cooper officiated. Burial followed at Park Lawn Cemetery in Commerce. Arrangements 
were by the Downey Zrelak Family Mortuary.
