Published in the Argus Newspaper 21 Sep 1963 FREMONT - Funeral services for Delair and Douglas Arrowwood, two Fremont brothers who were killed Friday evening in an auto accident on Hegenberger Road near the Nimitz Freeway, will be held at the Fremont Chapel of the Roses, 1940 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, on Tuesday at 10 a.m. Delair, 23, a native of Carrington, N.D., had been a resident of Alameda County for the past 10 years. His brother, Douglas, 17, was born in Oakland. Survivors include their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clair Arrowwood, 37911 Stenhammer Drive, Fremont; two brothers, Clair and Nontcice Arrowwood, both of Fremont; two sisters, Mrs. Marlene Hill of Oakland, Paula May Arrowwood of Fremont; grandparents, Mr. T. J. Arrowwood of Arlington, Calif., Mrs. Katherine Miller of Carrington, N. D., and an aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. H. S. Ayers of Fremont. Burial will be at the Fremont Memorial Lawn Cemetery.
