	Of Elk Grove, entered into rest April 15, 2003. Loving son to 
Edward and Joyce Azevada of Fremont. Dear brother to Martha Azevada 
of Fremont. Beloved grandson to Mary Azevada of Livermore. Also survived 
by many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by grandparents, 
Clarence and Martha Pementel and Edward Azevada, Sr. Born January 30, 
1970 in Fremont, age 33. Joseph graduated from Mission San Jose High 
School in 1988, received his AA Degree at Laney College in 1990. He 
enjoyed woodworking and furniture building. He made all his own furniture. 
Known as Uncle Joe to all his friend's children, he liked to referee at children's 
basketball games. He loved golfing and his cat, Bogie. Visitation will be at 
Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont on Monday from 5-8 
p.m. with a Vigil service at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be at St. Joseph's Church, 
43148 Mission Blvd., Fremont on Tuesday at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at 
Irvington Memorial Cemetery in Fremont. Fremont Memorial Chapel Your
