Mary A. Barber Dies From Burns
Mary Agnes Barber, 74, died in Mojave Hospital Sunday, June 26, from burns 
caused by a fire in her home at Boron a week ago

Deputy Coroner Ross Jones said Mrs. Barber received third and fourth degree 
burns June 20 when her bed clothing caught fire from allegedly smoking in bed.

Sole survivor is her husband George S. of Boron.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, June 29, at 10:00 a.m. in the 
O'Donnell Funeral Home chapel with Father F. J Ryan as officiant. 

Interment will be in Victor Valley Memorial Park at Victorville.
