Funeral services for Evelyn Barth
DOWNEY-Funeral services for Evelyn "Granny" Barth, a 14 year Downey resident and a noted baker,
 keen card player and maker of cozy afghans, were held Jan. 15 at the Downey Zrelak Mortuary Chapel. 
She was 92, born Dec. 12, 1908 in Cleveland, Ohio, and died Jan. 10 in the SunBridge Care Center in Norwalk. 
She lived life to the fullest and enjoyed entertaining her great-grandchildren. 
Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Faith Bigler; grandchildren Brooks Sharp, Heidi Andrews, and Glen 
Bigler; great-grandchildren Dru and Blair Sharp, Erica and Austin Andrews; and many nieces and nephews. 
Graveside services followed in Nebraska.
