Olga Gils Block is mourned at 82
DOWNEY-No services are planned for Olga Gils Block, a longtime Downey resident and former employee 
of the City of Los Angeles, who died April 7 at Kaiser Foundation Hospital in Bellflower. 
Born in Belgium, she was 82. 
Survivors include her niece, Sandra Nelson of E. Harwick, Massachusetts. 
Burial was at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier. Arrangements were by the Miller-Mies Mortuary of Downey.
