Homemaker Lois Mae Bowman greived for here
DOWNEY-A visitation will be held Sunday, Feb. 25, from noon to 4 p.m. at the Miller-Mies Mortuary 
Chapel in Downey for Lois Mae Bowman, a homemaker and 54 year Downey resident, who died at 
Coast Plaza Doctors Hospital Feb. 21. 
She was 78, born in Purdy, Missouri, and was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church. 
Survivors include her husband, Winford Bowman; her daughters, Melodee Duke (Rollen Brown), 
Amber Duke (Jimmy Ramirez), Aaron Duke; and sisters Velma Abel of Downey and Mary Bochat of 
Rancho Palos Verdes. 
Services will be held Monday, Feb. 26 at Inglewood Park Cemetery. 
Arrangements are by Miller-Mies Mortuary of Downey.
