Another Death at  Monolith Crossing 
Norman Roscoe Brooks, 51 year old Arvin man was killed Monday morning at 8:45 
when his car collided with a westbound Santa Fe passenger train at the Monlith 
crossing. The train, bound for Oakland was delayed 25 minutes. Officer Russell 
Troxler of the Calif. Hiway Patrol is investigating. 'O'Donnell Funeral Home 
removed the body to Mojave where services are pending.
