Phyllis Rathbun Burch passed away on July 2, 1997 in Tehachapi.
She is survived by her husband Scott Burch of Tehachapi, son AW2 Devin Sean 
Lavery, daughter Erin Michelle Lavery, Exeter and her mother Letha Rathbun of 
Lancaster.
Her father, Phil Rathbun and brother Bill Rathbun were killed in the same plane 
crash several years ago.
Phyllis lived in North Edwards for many years and graduated from Boron High School.
