Stonewall Camp, 65, was found dead at 7:15 p.m. on July 20 by Mrs. Mae Arnold at her ranch in Clover Springs, Lorraine Canyon, 25 miles from Caliente, Calif. It was apparent Mr. Camp had been dead for two days. Born May 26, 1885 in Alabarna, he was a resident of Caliente community for 15 years. He is survived by his daughter Mrs. Fay Floyd, Houston, Tex., sons, James R. of Caliente; Robert F. of Richmond, Calif.; sisters: Mrs. N. N. Traylor, Oakland; Mrs. J. L. McIntyre, Jefferson, Tex; Mrs. C. L. Tyson, Oklahoma City, Okla; Brothers D T. Camp, Long View, Tex.; O. C. Camp of Dallas, Texas. Funeral services were conducted by the O'Donnell Funeral Home, Mojave, at the Community Church, Tehachapi, at 2 p.m. Monday, July 24 with the Rev. Jeffs officiating. Interment followed in the Protestant cemetery at Tehachapi.
