Greagory Carlon, a passenger in a car driven by Carl Potter was thrown out of the 
car when it failed to make the turn on the Tehachapi cutoff Monday evening and 
died of his injuries at KGH Tuesday night. Both Carlon and Potter were residents 
of China Lake. They were brought to Mojave Hospital by passing motorists and 
later taken to Kern General by O�Donnell ambulance.
