David Chick mourned at age of 54 in Downey
DOWNEY-David Chick, 54, died Nov. 24 in Murietta, of a heart attack. 
Born July 8, 1947 in Alhambra, he lived in Downey for 17 years. He graduated from Downey High 
School in 1965. 
He was preceded in death by his father, Lyle Chick, on May 18, 2000; and by his son, Justin Chick, 
on March 8, 2000. 
Survivors include his wife of 19 years, Judy Chick of Temecula; his mother, Laurnetta Chick of Sun 
City; his daughter, Laura Chick of Temecula; a brother, Leo Chick of Long Beach; and sisters and 
brothers-in-law Sharon and Rick Blocker of Downey, and Debbie and Lon Dahl of Colorado. 
Burial was at Riverside National Cemetery.
