	Entered into rest December 1, 2001, age 45. Born April 25, 
1956 in Eureka, CA. He was a 1-year resident of Redwood Valley in 
Mendocino County and a former 40-year resident of Fremont. He 
worked for Nummi in the mechanical maintenance department. Damian 
was a graduate of Irvington High School, enjoyed black powder shoots, 
golfing, and woodworking. Beloved husband of 23 years to Cynthia 
Fitzpatrick of Redwood Valley. Loving father to Amanda Fitzpatrick of 
Union City and Ryan Fitzpatrick of Redwood Valley. Dear brother to 
Theresa Bruhn of Ukiah, Sara Price of Fremont, Megan Jones of 
Washington, and Paula Botelho of Manteca. Also survived by many 
Nieces and Nephews. Visitation Saturday December 8, 2001, 11:00 
A.M. with a Chapel service starting at 1:00 P.M. at Fremont Memorial 
Chapel 3723 Peralta Blvd. Burial will be Private. In lieu of flowers 
donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association 1900
