Foster died at the Veterans Hospital in West Los Angeles on Saturday, July 10. Dr. Foster was born in Taloga in Dewey County, Okla., on Oct. 1, 1940. He served in the Army for three years and was overseas for one year. He became a chiropractor in 1978 and practiced in Glendale for years. He was active in the aerospace industry for more than 30 years. Stephen was a loving, giving father, brother and grandfather, very family-oriented and much-loved by his grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He gave of his affection and time to all who needed him. He will be sorely missed and dearly remembered by his many friends and family. Dr. Foster is survived by his wife, Margretta Foster, and three children, Sean Foster of Tehachapi, Audrey McDevitt of Palmdale and Makala Foster of Tehachapi, as well as nine grandchildren, who all reside in California. Dr. Foster was preceded in death by his two older brothers, Jack William Foster and Howell J. Foster Jr. His surviving siblings are Margaret C. Foster-Bradley, Wylie W. "Rusty" Foster and David M.
