Donna L. Franzen Foulk, long time North Edwards resident, passed away at Antelope 
Valley Convalescent Hospital on December 18, 1998, following a long illness.
Donna was born February 26, 1935 in Vincennes, Indiana. She had lived in 
California since 1965, and in North Edwards for the past 18 years.
Survivors are her children, Eugene Franzen (and wife Faith) of Boron; Doris Wagner 
(and husband Terry) of California City; Jason Franzen of Fort Campbell, KY; and Victor 
Foulk of North Edwards; and grandchildren, Lisa, Leslie, Carry, Russell, Everett, and 
Jalen.
She was predeceased by her husband, Russell Jay Foulk in January 1997. The family 
had private services.
