She was born on August 16,1927 in Oklahoma and was a retired retail clerk. She is survived by her husband, Walter Allen Frair, who cared for her during her illness, her mother, Etola Riley; Sons, Leroy Tate of Mojave, Kenneth Tate of California City, Jerry Tate of Bakersfield, and Rick Liles of Mojave; daughters, Rita Gibson of Lancaster, Darlene Bolen of Bakersfield, Wanda Hogan and Hazel Richman of California City; brothers, Gene Riley of Lake Isabella, Homer Riley of Bakersfield, Dean Riley of Arvin; sisters, Melba Tate and Mary Deleon of Lamont; 19 grandchildren and 21 great- grandchildren. Services were held on Wednesday, February 4, at 11 a.m. at the Arvin Cemetery in Arvin, California.
