J. W. FRAME � On February 23, 1869, Dr. J. W. Frame died of diphtheria. Dr. Frame was a native of Scotland. He was a thoroughly educated professional man, and a resident and practicing physician in the town of Cambria, from which place he was known as the correspondent of the San Luis Obispo Pioneer. He had many warm friends who sincerely regretted his untimely end.
