Sandra Duarte Garcia, 47, of Mojave, passed away at her home on January 26,1996 following a 
long illness.
Sandra, a homemaker, was born in Tijuana, Mexico on March 21, 1949. She is survived by her 
husband, Vicente Garcia of Mojave; her daughters, Sandra Whiteley of Mojave and Pattie Garcia of 
Lancaster; her brothers, Manuel, Henry, Pete, Jesus, and Jorge Duarte of Bakersfield and 
her sisters, Anita Bermudez, Aurora Acosta, and Yolanda Perez of Bakersfield.
Memorial services for Sandra were held on January 29, 1996 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's 
Witnesses in Mojave with Gern Hallenbeck conducting the service.
