Source Unknown; 6 Dec 1951 Montmarte Chef Found Dead Antonia Gennadopoulos, 52, suffered a fatal heart attack November 28, at the Montmarte Caf� where he was employed as a cook. His body was discovered by Jessie Pennington, a waitress who after having tried to enter the caf�, noticed him on the kitchen floor and went to get help � George Daglis, proprietor and another cook, forced open the door as it was locked on the inside. Gennadopoulos, whose home is 644 Serrano Street, Los Angeles evidently entered the restaurant late Tuesday night to fix himself something to eat and it was then he suffered the attack. The time of his death was set as shortly after midnight. He had been under a doctor's care for his ailment and was in ill health previous to his death. The body was shipped to Los Angeles where he was buried in Evergreen Cemetery Saturday . Services were held at the Greek Orthodox Church, 12th and San Julian Streets, Los Angeles.
