Friends, family mourn James Lee Gerbrand
DOWNEY-Funeral services were held Tuesday, Aug. 5, for James Lee Gerbrand, a resident of Downey 
who lived in the county 40 years and died July 30 in Downey. 
He was 48, was born in Ohio, and was an employee of Union Pacific railroad and an active union member 
in the TCU. 
Survivors include his wife, Martha; his daughters, Kim, Michelle, Tracie and Tammy; his special niece, Amy; 
mother, Adeen; brothers Richard and Robert; and a sister, Jeannie. 
Father John Fosselman of St. Raymond's Church officiated. Burial followed at Forest Lawn in Cypress. 
Arrangements were by the Miller-Mies Mortuary of Downey.
