Source Unknown; Date Unknown Beatrice Weiss Goss, a California City resident for 11 years, died at her home on Monday, May 14, 2001. Beatrice was born December 23, 1905 in Wallis, Texas. She was co-owner of Goss & Goss Putty Manufacturers and then in 1968, after the death of her husband, sole owner of the company until it was sold in 1985. She was a member of San Mateo Women's Club, and a member of the United Methodist Church in Burlingame, California. She leaves behind one daughter, Ramona W. Kovach, of California City, Calif.; two sons, Charles Robert Goss, of Meridian, Idaho and Allan Frank Goss of Redwood City, Calif.; nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. Her husband, Alfred F. Goss, her father, mother and three sisters all preceded her in death. A memorial service will be held June 3, 2001 at 2:30 p.m. at the Community Church of California City.
