"Big Bear Grizzly" Thursday, May 11, 2006

Kerstin "Bobbie" Sue Green 37, a long time resident of Big Bear Valley, lost 
her battle with cancer May 4, 2006, at 11:30 p.m. and she went to be with the 
Lord. Her family was beside her. She was a survivor all her life and battled 
the cancer with courage that amazed people. She went years beyond what medical 
experts thought she would.

Special thanks to City of Hope and Jesus for helping her survive these nine 
years. City of Hope 
was a blessing and she deeply loved the people there. Her doctor and the nurses 
gave her hope and love. That meant the world to her and her family.

A celebration of Kerstin's life will be held at the Big Bear Christian Center 
on Greenspot in Big Bear City, Tuesday, May 16, 2006, at 2 p.m. The service is 
open to all who knew her.
