Long-time Mojave, California resident, Jacque J. Grooms, passed away on February 
9, 2004 at home. She was born on April 6, 1956 in McCure, Kansas and was a 
homemaker.
She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Darrell Grooms, daughter, Susan M. 
Grooms, both of Mojave; son Jimmie Baldwin, mother, Waynette Cohen, father, 
Irving Cohen, all of Palmdale, California; brothers, David Cohen of Louisiana, 
Danny Hilton of Arkansas, Mitchell Cohen of Lake Los Angeles, California, sister 
Melody Black of Harbor City, daughter-in-law Theresa Baldwin and granddaughter 
Autumn Reece Baldwin, both of Palmdale.
Services were held by Gus Carreno on Tuesday, February 17, 2004 at Stickel 
Mortuary.
