Harrison, 37, business agent for the Culinery Workers and Bar Tenders Local of Mojave on business in Los Angeles last Tuesday, was returning home accompanied by Edward L Sampson, 38, of Mojave and Bonnie Brooks, 35, of Compton. Glenn swerved his car to avoid hitting the oncoming car but struck the trailer which threw his car into the lane of the oncoming traffic when a Buick Sedan crashed into the side of his car throwing Mr. Harrison and the other occupants of his car onto the road. Mr. Harrison was instantly killed as the result of a crushed skull, the other occupants being seriously injured. Services were held in Mojave on Thursday afternoon the body being shipped to Eldorado, Ill. for interment. The many floral offerings attested to the esteem in which he was held.
