Eric John Herup
	39, died April 15, 2000, in Calhan. Graduate of Irvington High 
School Class of 1979. He served in the Air Force for 17 years attaining
the rank of major.
Mr Herup was born Feb. 6, 1961, in Oakland, Calif., to William C. and 
Jacklyn S. Herup. He was married June 2, 1984, to Naomi B. Hathaway.
Mr. Herup is survived by his wife; three sons, Joshua V., Caleb V. and 
Nathanael E.; a daughter, Rachel G.; three brothers, Hans, Nord, and 
Carl; four sisters, Lori Hagenbach, Lynn Murray, Annette Herup and 
Kristen Herup; and his grandmother, Laura Herup.

He is buried in the United States Air Force Academy Cemetery, Colorado Springs, Colorado
