The Downey Eagle February 5, 1999 Volume 6 Number 50 Services held Wednesday for Jack Donald Howard DOWNEY-Memorial services were held Wednesday, Feb. 3, at the Downey Zrelak Mortuary Chapel for Jack Donald Howard, a warehouseman for Core-Mark International for 32 years and a 25 year Downey resident. He was 60, born Jan. 11, 1939 in Benoit, Mississippi, and died Jan. 31 at his home. He was a former resident of Huntington Park, and was preceded in death by two brothers, Harver and Hubert; and his parents, Thomas and Julia Howard. Survivors include his wife, Christine Howard; children Ronnie Aguliar-Howard of Norco, Malinda Fischesser of Texas, Jack D. Howard II and Michelle Howard of Palmdale; siblings Jim of La Mirada, David of Rowland Heights, Carl of Pico Rivera, Gene of Downey and Frank Howard of Tennessee, Margaret Brown of Texas, Pat Teubner of New Jersey, and Ruby Edwards of Oregon; and 14 grandchildren. The Rev. Stephen Jordan of the Landmark Community Church officiated. Arrangements were by the Downey Zrelak Family Mortuary.
