James "Jimmy" Hunt, age 49, a long-time resident of Boron died Thursday, 
September 21, 2000 at Antelope Valley Hospital
Jimmy was born April 19, 1951, in St. Louis, MO. His family moved to the Boron area 
when he was around four years old. He married Margaret Cox in 1970, and from this 
union had two sons. The couple divorced in 1974.
Jimmy is survived by his sons, Darryl and Jeremy Hunt, both of San Jose, CA; three 
sisters, Kathy Ragsdale of Medford, OR; Joy Salmans of Montezuma, KS; and Barbara 
Zimmermann of Las Vegas NV- one brother, Michael Hunt, and his mother Betty Hunt, 
both of Opal, WY
He was preceded in death by his father, Louis Hunt; two brothers Bill and Ricky Hunt; 
and a sister, Karen Griffiths.
Arrangements will be handled by Antelope Valley Cremation Service A memorial for 
family and friends will be held at a later date
