Jenkins, who has been a resident of this county for many years, died last Saturday morning in San Francisco. Mrs. Jenkins has been ill for some time and about two months ago she was taken to San Francisco for treatment and it was at the hospital that she passed away in that city. She was born in the state of Illinois March 4th, 1836. She was married to J . M. Jenkins in Sonoma County in 1866. Mr. and Mrs. Jenkins have resided in the northern part of this county and Ukiah most of the time since then. She was a member of the Baptist church for a number of years. She leaves to mourn her loss a husband, Mr. T. M. Jenkins, of this city, and a daughter, Mrs. Fales, of Laytonville. The funeral services were held Sunday afternoon from Hutchison & Boeder's funeral parlors and the interment was in Potter Valley Monday.
