Memorial service for Lena Marilyn Jurado
PICO RIVERA-Memorial services were held Jan. 12 at the Miller-Mies Mortuary Chapel in Downey for 
Lena Marilyn (Morris) Jurado, a former employee of the El Rancho School District and a 30-year 
resident of Pico Rivera. 
She was 71, born in East Los Angeles, and died Jan. 9 in the Southland Home in Norwalk. 
She was a member of the Birthday Club of Lakewood and the Players Club of Laughlin. 
Survivors include a brother, Donald; a sister, Betty Lou; her son, Alan; her daughter, Lynn; and 
grandsons David Hartey and David and John Lee. 
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tony, and her sister, Doris. 
Pastor John Rose officiated. 
Private burial followed. 
Arrangements were by the Miller-Mies Mortuary of Downey.
