The Downey Eagle August 22, 1997 Volume 5 Number 26 Downey's Maryneil King laid to rest at age 76 DOWNEY-Services were held Aug. 15 at the Miller-Mies Mortuary Chapel for Maryneil King, a Downey resident for 37 years, who died Aug. 12 at Lakewood Regional. She was age, 76 a native of Oklahoma, and was a retired employee of Adams Ambulance. Survivors include her husband, Bert King; her daughter, Suzanne Chandler; her son, Terry; a daughter- in-law, Michelle King; son-in-law Tim Chandler; granddaughter Danielle and husband Phillip Wehr of Idaho; granddaughter Jennifer King of Downey; and grandsons Scott and Adam Chandler of Downey. Pastor John Rose officiated. Burial followed at Rose Hills Memorial Park. Arrangements were by the Miller-Mies Mortuary of Downey. She was age 76, a native of Oklahoma, and was a retired employee of Adams Ambulance. Survivors include her husband, Burt King; her daughters, Susanne Chandler, Jennifer King, Daniele Wehn (Phillip) of Idaho; grandchildren Scott and Adam Chandler; and a brother, Thomas Dembowaski. Pastor John Rose will officiate. Burial will follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park. Arrangements are by the Miller-Mies Mortuary of Downey.
