Pamela Marie Kotsala, 43, of Chula Vista died Monday. She was born in 
California. Mrs. Kotsala worked as a sales clerk for Montgomery Ward.
Survivors include her husband, G. Michael Kotsala; daughters, Heather and 
Allison; son, Michael; parents, Mary and Joseph Mazzeppi; sisters, Peggy 
Mazzeppi and Penny Kirohn; and brothers, Perry and Angelo Mazzeppi.
Visitation: 4 to 9 p.m. Monday, Glen Abbey Mortuary, 3838 Bonita Road, 
Bonita. Services: 2 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary.
