Services for Robert Hillis Long, Downey resident
DOWNEY-Services were held Oct. 30 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church for Robert Hillis Long, 
a 50-year resident of Downey, who died at his home here Oct. 26 at age 75. Father John Moloney officiated. 
Interment was at All Souls Cemetery in Long Beach. 
He was born in Taft, California and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He retired after 50 years in 
the plumbing business. 
He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. 
He is survived by his wife, Rosie; sister, Venus Traub; sons Robert and Ronald; daughter, Candace; and 
grandsons Michael and Zachary. 
Arrangements were by Miller-Mies Mortuary. Visitation was Oct. 29.
