San Diego Union; December 12, 1909

MADIGAN - In this city, December 9, 1909, James R. Madigan, husband of 
Mary E. Madigan, and brother of Michael Madigan of Butte, Mont., and 
Patrick Madigan of Leadville, Colorado; a native of Vermont, aged 48 
years, 9 months.
	Friends are invited to attend the funeral from Johnson & Connell's 
chapel, D and Seventh streets, Tuesday, December 14th, at 8:30 o'clock a.m., 
thence to St. Joseph's church, Third and Beech streets, where a solemn 
requiem mass will be held at 9 o'clock. Interment at Catholic cemetery.
