Glenden D. Mandeville services Saturday
DOWNEY-Friends may visit the Miller-Mies Mortuary Chapel from 2 to 7 p.m. today, Friday, Oct. 10, 
for Glenden Dair Mandeville, a retired 35 year resident of Downey, who died Oct. 8. 
He was 83, born in West Virginia, and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Downey, the Downey 
Symphony, and the Bricklayers' Union. 
Survivors include his wife, Mary Alice Mandeville; daughters Louzana Kaku (Albert), Julia Damasco (Jude); 
a son, John Mandeville (Anastasia); grandchildren Christina and Carissa Kaku and Nicole Damasco; and 
brothers Harold and Robert Mandeville. 
Services will be Saturday, Oct. 11, at noon, at the First Baptist Church of Downey, pastors John Smyser, 
John Edmonds and Douglass Willey officiating. 
Burial will follow at the Good Shepherd Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Miller-Mies Mortuary of Downey.
