The Downey Eagle Vol. 4 No. 31; Friday, September 27, 1996 Friends, family mourn Larry Mayfield at 53 PASO ROBLES-Funeral services for Larry Mayfield, a machinist for Pacific Gas and Electric for 20 years, were held Wednesday, Sept. 25, at the Kuehl-Nicolay Funeral Chapel in Paso Robles. A native of Huntington Park, he was 53, born Dec. 13, 1942, and died at Twin Cities Hospital in Paso Robles Sept. 22 of a heart attack. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and boating, was a sponsor and member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, and grew up in South Gate. Survivors include his wife, Marlene Mayfield of Paso Robles; a daughter, Linda Lopez of Las Vegas; a son, Michael Mayfield of Beverly Hills; a brother, Greg Mayfield of Downey; in-laws Martin and Dorothy Jefferson of Salinas; three grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Private family interment was at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Salinas. The family suggests donations to the charity of your choice. Arrangements were by the Buchheim Family Kuehl-Nicolay Funeral Chapel of Paso Robles.
