Mountain Messenger � August 2, 1924, Pg. 2 Died � McKEEVER ---In Quincy, July 23, 1924, Miss Mary McKeever, a native of Poker Flat, Sierra county, aged 44 years. Pg. 3 � Died in Quincy � Miss Mary McKeever, a native of Poker Flat, died at Quincy Wednesday, July 23d, 1924, death being caused by erysipelas. Miss McKeever had resided in Gibsonville for some years but lived in Quincy for the past ten years. She was of a kindly and lovable disposition and had many friends throughout the northern part of Sierra and the southern part of Plumas who will learn of her death with genuine sorrow. Surviving is an aged mother, Mrs. M. McFarlane, several brothers and sisters and a number of nieces and nephews. She was aged 44 years.
