Caryl Ann Meinke of Rosamond, CA passed away on January 21, 1999 in Rosamond. She was 
born in California on October 3, 1 932 and was employed as a nurse's aide. She was a member of 
the First Lutheran Church of Palmdale, CA.
She is survived by her husband, Fred J. Meinke of Rosamond, CA; sons, Fred C. Meinke and 
family of Rosamond, CA, Eric J. Meinke and family of Sacramento, CA and brother John Irvin of 
Sacramento, CA
Caryl was a loving wife and mother of 45 years. She had a special verse that gave her a great deal of 
comfort "Abide with me" by Henry Francis Lyte. Hold then thy cross before me to the skies; 
Heaven's morning breaks, and earth's vain shadows flee; in life, in death, O'Lord, abide in me.
Private services were held at her home. Arrangements by Stickel Mortuary.
