South Elgin, Ill. resident, Mrs. Elisa Reyes Millard, 73, died of cancer on 
Jan. 22, 2006, at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. Born on Sept. 21, 1932, 
in San Bernardino, Elisa spent 21 years in Victorville. She was a housewife, a 
member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Elgin, Ill. and a member of N.A.I.M. 
with the church.Elisa was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John 
Millard; two brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her son, Edwin 
Millard and his wife, Judy, of South Elgin, Ill.; three grandchildren, who 
were her pride and joy, Elisa Mary, Monica Grace and John Edwin Allen Millard; 
brother, Jose Reyes of Victorville; and sisters, Stella Cadena and Carrie 
Caldera of San Bernardino, Petra Ramirez of Victorville, Rita Johnson of 
Seattle, Wash., Clara Caldera of San Bernardino and Vera Plywin of 
Riverside.Funeral services will be held in Elgin, Ill. Burial will be at Mount 
Hope Cemetery in Elgin, Ill. Sympathy cards may be sent to 65 North Gilbert 
St., South Elgin, IL 60177. Mount Hope Cemetery is handling arrangements.
