Winifred was born September 20, 1909 in Quinton, Oklahoma. She owned and operated Miller's Antique Store in Boron for 32 years. She leaves to mourn: two daughter, Nancy Cox and Sharon Burgess and her husband Tom, all of Boron, CA; two grandsons, Michael and Jeff Cox; three granddaughters, Debra Gallegos, Michelle Palmquist, and Courtney Burgess; one brother J.O. Jennings; eight great-grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends. Winifred's husband, Walter H. Miller preceded her in death in 1980. Visitation was held Wednesday, March 14, from 10 to 10:30 a.m. at Halley-Olsen- Murphy Memorial Chapel, 44802 No. Date Ave., Lancaster. Graveside services were held March 14 at 11 a.m. at Joshua Memorial Park, 808 E. Lancaster Blvd., Lancaster, conducted by Pastor Dortha Howard.
