Mojave Resident Passes Away
Herman Marvin Montgomery, 27, of Mojave, passed away in Bakersfield June 4th. 
He was a Radio dispatcher at the Communiations Center, Kern County Sheriff's 
Office, Mojave Sub-Station.
Funeral services will be held at the Greenlawn Chapel, Thursday, it 3 p.m., with 
Rev. Rufus Timerlake of the Methodist Church in Lamont officiating.
Mr. Montgomery was a native of Medford, Ore. Survivors include his parents, Mr. 
and Mrs. Marvin Montgomery of Lamont, three brothers and a sister.
