Services pending for Jean C. Muller, age 84
DOWNEY-Funeral services are pending for Jean C. Muller, a longtime Downey resident and former 
manager of engineering for Jervis B. Webb, who died May 21. 
Born Oct. 26, 1922 in Beckley, West Virginia, he was 74. 
He graduated from Virginia Tech in 1943, joined the Air Force, serving as a 1st Lieutenant and navigator 
on a B-24 until shot down. He was a POW until the end of World War II. 
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Irene; his daughter, Janet Manchester; his sons, Richard and Donald; 
five grandsons, Nathan, Jeffery, Eric, Justin and Christopher.
