Richard L. Oliver, a Boron resident for many years, passed away on September 20, 1998 
in Lancaster, California. He is survived by his wife, Winifred of Boron; sons, Michael, Greg 
and Donald, stepsons, Steven and Neil Buck; brother, Stuart Oliver; and two grandchildren.
Rosary was cited on September 25 at St. Joseph's Church in Boron, and the Mass of the 
Resurrection was celebrated on September 26 at St. Joseph's Church. Interment followed at 
Joshua Memorial Park, Lancaster.
