Mojave Desert News; 20 Jun 1996 Harry "Ozzie Parker of Quincy, June 9,1996, at the Boston City Hospital, Boston, MA following a brief illness. Age 84. He lived in Quincy for over 30 years. He was born in Brockton, Massachusetts and raised in Lancaster, New Hampshire before moving to Quincey, MA in the early 1960's.He was a Welder and worked in the shipping industry. He was a welder on the first atomic submarine the Nautilus. He is the Husband of the late Miriam T. (Thornton). He is survived by four sons, Robert C. of California City, California; Donald H. of Lunnenberg, Vermont; John W. of Hull, MA and George R. Parker of Merrimac, MA; and a Step-son, David Wyman of Warwick, Rhode Island. He is alos survived by 11 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild. At the request of the family, funeral services were private. Arrangements were by the Joseph W. Casper & Sons Funeral Home, 187 Dorchester St., South Boston, MA.
