20, passed away Monday morning Aug. 8, 2010. Scott's family includes his 
father Peter Parks, mother Karin Svege-Parks, sister Molly, and brother 
Teddy. His grandparents live out of state. Scott attended school in Big Bear 
and was a 2009 Big Bear High School graduate.

A celebration of life is planned for Sunday, Aug. 15, 2 to 4 p.m. at Bear 
Bottom Lodge at Snow Summit Resort.
