Samuel Guy Poole Claimed by Death
Samuel Guy Poole, 71, of Tudor died last night in a Yuba City Hospital following a short 
illness. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the Ullrey Memorial chapel in Yuba 
City and burial will be in the Sutter City cemetery. Poole was an orchardist in the Tudor 
district for many years and during the last few years operated service stations at Tudor 
and in the Central Gaither district. he was born in Morrisville, Ind.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs Elizabeth Poole of Tudor and a brother, George Poole and two 
cousins, Lloyd and Edna Poole all of Yuba City
