Alfred O. Powell

93, passed Jan. 25, 2008, in Fallbrook, Calif. Alfred was born in El Paso, Texas, Dec. 27, 1914. 
He was a retired police officer for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Dept. Alfred retired in 1980 
and is survived by his daughter Beth Gibson of Fallbrook, Calif. Alfred was a 29-year resident of 
Big Bear Lake.
