Jon Anthony Pukatch, beloved son of Selma and the late William Pukatch 
and brother of Alice Pukatch, passed away May 7, 2009, from 
complications of type 1 diabetes after battling this disease for 47 years. 
His family and vast network of friends will miss his mischievous smile, dry 
sense of humor, superior intellect, and compassion for others. When he 
was well, Jon lived his life to the fullest and when he was ill, he was 
courageous in the face of adversity and never ever gave up or felt sorry 
for himself. We know he is smiling down on us with his ever present cool 
demeanor. We will miss and love you always, Rest in Peace. Donations in
