ELK GROVE -- Visitation for former Shasta County resident Clarence "Sonny" D. 
Reyes, 57, of Elk Grove will be from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at South East 
Lawn Memorial Park and Mortuary in Elk Grove. Services will follow. 

Mr. Reyes died Tuesday, June 27, 2006, at home. 

Born March 31, 1949, in Sacramento, he worked in Shasta County and lived in 
Redding in the 1980s. 
He served in the U.S. Marine Corps, worked for the Pit River Tribe in Shasta 
County and was involved with various American Indian organizations in Shasta 
County. 

Survivors include wife Elizabeth; sons Pliny Jones and Arthur Jones Jr., both 
of Elk Grove; sister Lahoma Reyes-Simmons; and one grandchild.

Arrangements are being handled by South East Lawn Memorial Park and Mortuary
