DIED � Roedde.---At Crescent, Plumas Co., Cal., on Sunday, Jan. 10, 
1886, Louis Roedde, aged 22 yrs. [ A little more than three months ago 
Louis Roedde returned from Oakland, and seemed to be the embodiment 
of health. He had been in that city about 2 years learning the trade of 
blacksmithing. A few weeks ago he was prostrated with the typhoid-
pneumonia, and lingered till his demise Sunday.Louis was born on Rush 
Creek. He was a faithful pupil, an exemplary young man with a promising 
future. The funeral took place at 2 P. M. Tuesday, attended by a large 
number of friends. May his soul rest in peace. ]
