Mary Ruzich mourned at age of 103 here
DOWNEY-Services were held Aug. 18 at the Miller-Mies Mortuary Chapel for Mary Ruzich, a Downey 
resident for 43 years, who died here Aug. 14. 
She was 103, born in Croatia, and was a member of the Downey Senior Citizens, and the Croatian 
Fraternal Union of America Lodge 177. 
Survivors include her brothers, Marijian "Jim" Kruzic of Toronto, Canada, Ivan Kruzic of Hreljin, Croatia; 
nieces and nephews in Canada, Chicago, California and Croatia; and an adopted sister, Mary (Zon) 
Cheesebrough of San Diego. 
Her nieces from Canada, Eileen Higgins and Carol Archer officiated. 
Burial followed at Rose Hills Memorial Park. 
Arrangements were by the Miller-Mies Mortuary of Downey.
